With Asana, you can organize and plan tasks for all of your team members. For your convenience, FantasticStay allows you to do that in two ways - from your Inbox & from the Automations section on your dashboard.
To create an Asana task from your Inbox, follow these steps:
Go to the Inbox section on your FantasticStay dashboard
Open a guest' communication thread
Click on the three dots on the right side of the guest message
Create the task
To create an Asana task from the Automations section, follow these steps:
Go to the Automations section on your FantasticStay dashboard
Open the right tab Add New
Create the task
Quick guide through the task fields:
The slider turns an Asana task ON and OFF. By default, this is set to OFF. When you creating a new task, you need to toggle the slide to ON.
An Asana task that is set to OFF will still be shown in the list of tasks, but it won't be running.
Choose the Asana workspace in which you would like the task to be created in. This should be already created in Asana.
Schedule the task at the moment of the trigger event or at a specific time afterward.
Here's the list of all available triggers for Asana task:
New accepted reservation
Alternation of reservation
Reservation balance paid in full
Choose the Asana project in which you want the task to go to.
Assignee and Followers
Choose the team member that you want to assign the task to or the one you want to follow the task.
Choose a tag from Asana.
If you don't see all of your projects, team members or tags, click on the Refresh Asana Data button on the top right corner.
Title and Comment
Fill in the task Title and Comment the way you want them to be displayed to the assignee. Those fields support dynamic variables - see the full list here.
Choose the listings that you'd like the Asana task to be relevant for. You can select one or multiple listings and use the search bar to find the ones you need.
Delete existing tasks on cancellation
If a task is relevant only for a specific reservation, you may want to activate this option in case the reservation gets cancelled.
Sync existing reservations with Asana
Activate this option if you want to sync the existing reservation with Asana.
