FantasticStay has a direct interface connection with Airbnb. This allows property managers to have instants synchronization of all of their Airbnb listing data.
This is a quick guide on how to connect your Airbnb listings with FantasticStay, so that we can help you manage your reservations, pricing & availability effectively and automatically, increase your occupancy rate and prevent double booking.
It's an easy 5 steps process that takes less than 3 minutes.
To connect your Airbnb account to FantasticStay, follow these steps:
Go to the Apps section on your FantasticStay dashboard
Click on the Connect New Account button that's on the left side of your screen in your Airbnb information
From here, you’ll be redirected to Airbnb where you need to be logged into your account.
The next step is to read the terms & conditions and agree that FantasticStay will control your listings and pull your reservations. After you’ve done that, you’ll be redirected back to FantasticStay, where you have the option to connect another account or proceed with the onboarding of this one.
Depending on the number of listings and reservations in the account that you’re connecting, the initial pull might take up to a few hours before its complete.
And that's all. Once you've done that, our system will have a full two-way connection and will automatically load all of your listings to FantasticStay.
Please keep in mind that you can be connected only to one Channel Manager in Airbnb. If you're connected to any other Channel Manager, you'll have to disconnect first and then follow the connection steps.
Disconnecting an Airbnb account from a Channel Manager
To do that, follow these steps:
Log in to Airbnb
Go to Account and select Privacy
Scroll down to Connected Apps
Click on Disconnect
After you click on disconnect, you’ll no longer be synchronized with that Channel Manager.
