In FantasticStay we offer a Unified Inbox, that allows you to send and receive messages from all your Reservations in one place. However to take full advantage of the Unified Inbox there are some additional steps that you must do:

For Direct, Fantastic Website reservations:

The conversation here is handled through email and is imperative that you initiate the conversation, so that your guests knows where to reply after that. For this reason we highly recommend that you have an Automated message set to send "at New accepted reservation". The best message would be a "Reservation confirmation". This way you will guarantee that you will receive every message that your guest will send. It is best if you have this message for ALL channels.

For Booking.com reservations :

You will need to add your @fantasian.net email address in the Booking.com Extranet. Go to Account->Contacts and put the email address as your Reservations contact.

For Home Away/VRBO reservations :

You will need to add your @fantasian.net email address in the VRBO dashboard. Go to My account -> Account Settings and type it in "Email 2" field.

For Airbnb reservations :

There is no need to do any steps here. We receive and send all messages through the Airbnb API, so once your account is connected you will start receiving the messages.
