Custom Inbox status, also referred to as ''client tag'' are a great way to organize your inbox by adding them on specific message threads.

To add tags to your Inbox, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the inbox section on your FantasticStay dashboard

  2. On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll see a TAGS column

  3. To add a new tag, click on the +Add button

  4. Choose a name for your new tag

  5. Save
