How to set up custom Accounting view in Reservations

FantasticStay has a powerful reporting tool that can help you in your Accounting.

You can create custom views that will only give you the relevant information you need.

You can check our Article on Custom views Here

While setting the view we recommend that you select a certain filters to make the report relevant.

First make sure to select the Status - Accepted filter. This will make sure you are only seeing accepted reservations and not the Cancelled or Inquiries.
Then choose the date range. Note that if you use both Check-in and Check-out filters the view will only show you the reservations that match.
So for example if you have selected both the Check-in and the Check-out to be within July the view will not show you reservations starting July but ending in August as this will not match the filters

We recommend that you use the filters in this way to make sure you see all the reservations within a month :
Check-out : After 1st of July
Check-in: Before 31st of July

In the second column you choose what information from the reservation you want to see.
Choosing this depends on your needs of the report, but generally you will always want to have Confirmation code, Check-in/Check-out and Revenue. You can also add as many other bits as you need.

In the third column you can rearrange the order in which you see the different rows of information. Set it to be most comfortable for your use.
Lastly you can choose by which column should the list be arranged, and whether it should be Ascending or Descending.
Don't forget to give the name a view and hit Save. After that you and your team will be able to choose the view from Reservations.
