Smart Calendar Rules

The Smart Calendar Rules allow property managers to advertise one property as multiple listings, as well as one -this increases the opportunity for your listings to be shown in more results (accommodating the needs of different travelers' groups) and therefore reach more people and get more bookings.  

Example: Let's say that you have 8 units in the same building. By setting up the Smart Calendar Rules, you can advertise those units in the following ways:
  1. 2 listings with 4 units – each one able to accommodate 16 guests
  1. 8 individual listings – accommodating from 1 to 4 guests
  1. One listing for all 8 units – accommodating 32 guests
...and so on. 

The calendars, pricing, and availability for all the listings will be always in sync. Once a reservation for one of the listings is confirmed, the dates on the calendars of all related listings will get blocked automatically. 

 

To create Smart Calendar Rules, follow these steps: 
  1. Go to the Listings section on your FantasticStay dashboard
  2. Select the listing you'd like the rule to apply for
  3. From the left-hand side menu, choose Automation 
  4. Click on Smart Calendar Rules at the bottom of the list
  5. Choose the related listings that need to get blocked when a reservation is confirmed 
  6. Save Changes
